Best build for a hero team.
Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you have good hero teams for elementalists? I only know the searing flame team and since wiki pvx has been screwed up.. Grtz |

There is no "best". PvX is moved now, so use the "new version". There are hero builds there.
Personally, I normally run with a Panic mesmer, PI mesmer, and AotL MM. |

My fav hero builds are:
AotL MM (1 or 2 per team). Split into curses slightly and get 1 or 2 powerful spells (Enfeebling blood/Shadow of Fear/Mark of Pain and the like). Take Dark Bond if you are using 2 MMs obviously. SoS/rest rit with splinter weapon. Micro Splinter onto your own character otherwise disable it so it isn't cast on useless crap. Panic domination mesmer. Micro Backfire onto healers for important battles so that they can't do anything. The builds I run myself are: Standard Imbagon build. Spam GftE because the critical boost affects minion damage, and take vicious attack yourself if you want a fairly reliable deep wound source. Barrage ranger with SY and FGJ. Carry ebon vanguard standard of honor, put it on lvl 21 bone fiends, things blow up ridiculously fast. Use Mark of Pain + Splinter Weapon + Barrage combo on grouped up enemies if you like to see big numbers. Obviously modify it a bit if you are a caster or what ever. Really though, if you take 2 AotL MMs fully loaded the only thing you need to do in battle is make sure the MMs have caught up before you attack, then just go check your email while the battle plays out. For me, I have 5 standard heroes. UA Monk, PI Hero, SoS Rit, AotL MM, RoJ Monk. For most areas I run with 3 of these, and very rarely have any issues. |

I run with 3 N/Rt discord heroes using resto skills combined with minions. Occationally i bring a mesmer for interrupts/slow cast etc. Works well in most areas but ofc excels in areas with enough corpses available to satisfy all 3 heroes.
Depending on what build i run myself the type of minions used can varie. If i run a build with lots of conditions i usually use "Animate Bone Minions" due to the short time it takes to build up the army using those. If i have little to none conditions, i use Shambling horrors since when they die, they are reborn into Jagged horrors which inflicts bleeding condition. Most of the time they dont require you to poke the hero bars at all basically, tho if there's an enemy you need to nuke rly fast it might be a good idea to force them to use discord a bit. |

The same old Hero team I usually use - an SoS Rit, an MM Necro, and a BHA interrupt ranger or HB monk, as appropriate.
